Bullet points are one of the most used symbols in writing — but typing them isn't always obvious. Here's how to get the bullet symbol • on every device.
On Windows
Hold the Alt key and type 0149 on your numeric keypad, then release Alt. The bullet symbol • will appear. Make sure Num Lock is on!
On Mac
Press Option + 8 simultaneously. The bullet • appears instantly. Simple!
